WordPress earns its reputation for one reason: the people who run the business can update it. New service, new price, new photo, a blog post before a festival season — none of that should need a developer or a support ticket.

A Micro SaaS solves one problem for one clearly defined audience, sold as a subscription. It is deliberately narrow: no attempt to be an ERP, no ambition to serve every industry. That narrowness is what makes it affordable to build, quick to explain, and possible for a small team to run.
Solves a specific recurring pain, not a category. If it takes a paragraph to explain, the scope is already too wide.
Dental clinics. Or small transport fleets. Naming the customer precisely is what makes marketing affordable.

Alongside any track
Not everything needs to be built. Most businesses already pay for the tools they need — a website form, a CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, an invoicing app — and lose time because none of them talk to each other. Automation is the wiring between them.
One trigger, then a chain of steps. Something happens in one system, and the rest follow without anyone remembering to do them. No new software for your team to learn — the work simply stops needing a person to carry it between apps.
The last point is the one people skip. An automation nobody monitors will eventually fail quietly, and quiet failure in a lead flow is worse than no automation at all — so we set up run history and failure alerts as part of the build.
Both connect apps and run workflows. They differ in who hosts them, how they are priced, and how far you can push them. We use whichever fits the volume, budget and data-sensitivity of the job — and will say so plainly rather than defaulting to one.

We pick the boring, well-supported option unless there is a specific reason not to. The stack has to be affordable to run and possible for another developer to pick up.

For stores with unusual pricing logic, B2B account pricing or heavy traffic, we build a custom storefront in Next.js against a commerce or headless CMS backend.
Domain registration and renewal, DNS configuration, an SSL certificate with automatic renewal, business email setup, deployment to the server, scheduled backups with a tested restore, uptime and performance monitoring, and security updates. Without these a site may still load, but it becomes fragile — an expired certificate, a missed core update and an untested backup are the three most common causes of an outage we are called in to fix.
You do. The domain is registered in your business name, the hosting and analytics accounts are yours, and the source code and credentials are handed over documented at the end of the project. You are free to move the site elsewhere at any time — we would rather you stay because the service is good than because you are locked in.

Zapier is fully hosted with the largest library of ready-made integrations, priced per task run, with nothing for you to maintain. n8n is source-available and can be self-hosted, so data stays on your own infrastructure and cost is tied to the server rather than the task count; it also allows custom JavaScript inside a workflow step. Zapier suits mainstream apps at moderate volume; n8n suits high volume, branching logic, or data that should not pass through a third-party service.
