AI Agent Development for Support, Sales and Operations

Jeshureatech builds AI agents and AI assistants for businesses: customer-support agents that answer from your own information, sales agents that qualify leads, and workflow agents that update your CRM and hand work to the right person. Each agent has a clear job, limited permissions and a human to escalate to.

Agent, assistant or automation — which one do you need?

The three are often mixed up. Choosing the right one first saves the most money.

Where a fixed workflow is enough, we recommend business automation instead — it is cheaper to run and easier to trust.

AI agents we build

Each one is scoped to a job your team already does, with the information and tools that job needs.

Customer-support agents

Answer order, service and policy questions from your approved content, and pass the conversation to staff with a summary when a person is needed.

  • Answers grounded in your documents
  • Order or booking lookup through your system
  • Handover with full context

Sales and lead-qualification agents

Respond to new enquiries immediately, ask the qualifying questions your sales team would ask, and record the answers.

  • Consistent qualifying questions
  • Lead scored and created in the CRM
  • Hot leads routed to a salesperson

Appointment and booking agents

Offer real slots from a connected calendar, book, reschedule and send confirmations.

  • Calendar integration
  • Confirmation by WhatsApp or email
  • Available on chat or phone

Booking by phone

Internal knowledge assistants

Let staff ask questions of manuals, SOPs and policy documents instead of searching folders.

  • Search across your documents
  • Answers with the source referenced
  • Access limited by role

Workflow agents

Read incoming emails, forms or messages, extract what matters, and start the right process in your systems.

  • Field extraction and classification
  • Records created or updated via API
  • Exceptions sent for review

Business automation

Agents inside your own software

An assistant built into a web application or dashboard, working with the data that application already holds.

  • Permission-aware data access
  • Summaries and drafting in context
  • Built with the application

RAG: answers that come from your information

Most business agents need to know things the AI model does not — your prices, your policies, your products. Retrieval is how they find out.

Question

A customer or staff member asks in their own words.

Retrieve

The most relevant passages are found in your indexed documents.

Answer

The model answers using those passages, not its general memory.

Or hand over

If nothing relevant is found, it says so and passes to a person.

What goes into the knowledge base

  • FAQs, policies, terms and service descriptions
  • Product or price lists, kept current from their source
  • Manuals and standard operating procedures
  • Past answers your team has approved

What decides the quality

Mostly the content, not the model. Outdated or contradictory documents produce outdated or contradictory answers. Part of every project is agreeing which documents are the source of truth, and who updates them.

API-integrated agents: what they can connect to

An agent becomes useful when it can act. Every connection goes through the system's official API, with only the permissions the job needs.

CRM

Look up contacts, create and update leads, add notes and tasks.

Calendars

Check availability, book, reschedule and cancel.

WhatsApp

Reply through the official Business Platform, with human takeover.

Telephony

Run as a voice agent on your business number.

Email

Read, classify and draft replies for approval.

Databases

Read the records a web application already holds.

Spreadsheets

Append rows and read reference data from Google Sheets.

Automation tools

Start n8n or Zapier workflows for the steps that follow.

Guardrails: how we keep an agent within its job

An agent is only as trustworthy as the limits around it. These are part of every build, not optional extras.

Narrow scope

Each agent has a written job description and refuses what falls outside it.

Least permission

Only the tools and data the job requires, nothing more.

Approval steps

Actions that matter can wait for a person to confirm.

Clear handover

Customers can reach a human, and the human sees the whole conversation.

Disclosure

Customers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant.

Logging

Every conversation and action recorded for review.

Testing

Tried against real questions — including awkward ones — before launch.

Data care

Personal data minimised and handled under the rules that apply to you.

How an AI agent project runs

Start with one job on one channel. Expand when it is doing that job well.

Pick the job

One task, one channel, and a clear definition of success.

Gather content

The documents and data the agent needs, and who owns them.

Map actions

Which tools the agent may use and which need approval.

Build and connect

Prompts, retrieval, integrations and logging.

Test

Your real questions, in the languages your customers use.

Limited launch

A subset of conversations first, with transcripts reviewed.

Tune

Fix gaps in content and behaviour the transcripts reveal.

Support

Content updates, monitoring and a named person to call.

Part of a wider AI software practice

AI agents are one part of our AI software development work in Coimbatore. They are often combined with AI voice agents for phone calls, WhatsApp automation for messaging, and custom software when the agent needs an application of its own. Our published work so far is websites; agent projects will be added once live and approved by the client.

AI agent questions

What businesses usually ask before building their first agent.

An AI agent is software that uses a language model to understand a request and then takes steps to complete it — looking something up, asking a follow-up question, calling another system, or handing over to a person. Unlike a fixed chatbot menu, it can handle requests phrased in many different ways. Unlike a person, it only does the actions it has been given permission to do.

An assistant mainly answers — it explains, drafts or summarises, and a person decides what happens next. An agent also acts: it can create a lead, book a slot or update a record through connected tools. Many projects start as an assistant and are given actions once the answers are reliable.

RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. Before answering, the agent searches your own documents — policies, price lists, product details, FAQs — and answers from what it finds, ideally with a reference to the source. It is the usual way to keep answers grounded in your information rather than in the model's general knowledge.

Yes, through the CRM's official API. An agent can look up a contact, create or update a lead, attach a conversation summary and assign a follow-up task. We decide per project which actions are allowed, and actions that change important records can require a person's approval.

Sometimes, yes. Language models can misunderstand a request or produce a confident wrong answer. That is why we limit what an agent may do, ground answers in your documents, log every conversation, route uncertain cases to a person, and review transcripts after launch. An agent should be judged against how the work is handled today, not against perfection.

It depends on the number of channels, the number of systems the agent connects to, and how much of your content it must read. There are two costs: the one-time build, and the ongoing model usage billed by the AI provider per conversation. We quote both in writing after a scoping call.

Yes. The same underlying logic can run on your website chat, on WhatsApp through the official Business Platform, or on phone calls as an AI voice agent.
