Who this policy is from

Jeshureatech is a technology company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, working with clients in India and internationally. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Jeshureatech; "you" means anyone visiting jeshureatech.com or contacting us through it.

We are the data controller for the information described below — that is, we decide what is collected and why, and we are responsible for it.

What we collect, and when

There are only two ways this site collects information about you: you tell us something deliberately, or your browser reports something automatically. We have separated them, because they deserve different levels of concern.

1. Information you give us on purpose

When you complete the enquiry form on our contact page, we receive exactly the fields you filled in:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your business name, if you chose to give one
• The service you selected and your preferred time to be called
• The message you wrote

Alongside those, our server records the date and time, a reference number for the enquiry, the page you submitted from, and the IP address the submission came from. The IP address is kept only in our server log and is used to prevent the form being abused to send spam. It is not included in the email we read, and it is not used to profile you.

We only ask for what we need in order to reply. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no optional survey.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email instead, we hold whatever you send us in those messages, in the ordinary way any business keeps its correspondence.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use three third-party measurement tools. Each has a specific job, and each is named here rather than hidden behind a general phrase like "analytics partners".

Between them these tools may collect your approximate location (city level, from your IP address), your device type, browser and screen size, the pages you viewed and how long you stayed, the site or advert that sent you, and your interactions with the page such as scrolling and clicking.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you. An enquiry without contact details cannot be answered.
• To provide services you ask for, and to keep the ordinary records of doing business with you.
• To improve the website. Knowing that visitors abandon a page halfway is how that page gets fixed.
• To measure advertising honestly. Without conversion tracking we would be guessing at whether our advertising works.
• To protect the site from spam and automated abuse.

Our lawful bases, where that concept applies to you, are your consent (for measurement tools), the steps necessary to enter into a contract (responding to your enquiry), and our legitimate interest in running a secure and effective website.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information. Not to anyone, at any price.
• We do not rent, trade or share your contact details with other companies for their marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
• We do not use your enquiry to train AI models.
• We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The tools named above set cookies to recognise a returning browser and to work out whether two page views belong to the same visit.

We do not set advertising cookies of our own, and this site has no third-party advertising network embedded in it.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Every current browser allows this, and the site will continue to work normally without them — you may simply be counted as a new visitor each time. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's own browser opt-out add-on, and adjust what Google may use for advertising at My Ad Center.

Who else sees your information

Your enquiry is read by the people at Jeshureatech who need to answer it. Beyond that, information is shared only with the following, and only as far as each needs:

• Our web host, who stores the website and the emails our contact form sends.
• Google and Microsoft, as the operators of the measurement tools described above. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with it: Google and Microsoft.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as a court or a regulator acting within its powers.

These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed on servers outside India, including in the United States and Europe.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is genuinely useful, and not indefinitely out of habit.

• Enquiries that do not become work: kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us, then deleted.
• Client records: kept for the duration of our work together and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Server logs, including IP addresses: kept for a short period for security purposes, then removed.
• Analytics and session data: kept according to the retention settings of Google and Microsoft, which are measured in months rather than years.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.

Your rights over your information

Whatever country you are in, we will honour the following requests. Some of these are legal rights where you live; we would rather simply offer them to everyone than argue about jurisdiction.

• Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy.
• Correct anything wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
• Complain to your local data protection authority if you believe we have handled your information badly.

Email info@jeshureatech.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS, so everything you send through the enquiry form is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are stored where they are not publicly reachable, and access is limited to the people who need it.

We will not claim more than that. No website can promise perfect security, and any business that tells you otherwise is overselling. What we can promise is that we collect little, keep it no longer than needed, and do not pass it around.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — a new tool, a different retention period — we will update this page and change the date at the top. For anything significant, we will say so plainly rather than hoping the change goes unnoticed.
