Review sales calls
Hear how enquiries are being handled, not how they are reported in the weekly meeting.
Cloud Telephony
Right now, a customer calls your salesperson's mobile and you have no idea it happened. Cloud telephony puts every call on the record — who called, who answered, how long it lasted, what was said — and sends the missed ones to someone who will pick up.
How it works
Nothing changes for the customer, and almost nothing changes for your salesperson. What changes is that the business finally has a record of it.
They dial your business number, not a personal mobile.
To the right salesperson, team or department.
Caller, agent, date, time, duration and status recorded.
Stored for review, with the consent announcement played first.
Forwarded to a manager or the MD instead of ringing out.
Logs, recordings and reports in one place.
When customers call staff mobiles directly, the business owns none of it. You cannot see how many enquiries came in, who answered them, which ones were missed, or what was promised on the call. If that salesperson leaves, the customer relationships and the phone number leave with them. Cloud telephony moves the calls onto a business number, which is what makes everything else on this page possible.
Call tracking
Not a monthly total. Each individual call, against the person who handled it, so a conversation about performance can be based on what happened rather than what everyone remembers.
Every enquiry that reaches your business number, answered or not.
Calls your team makes through the platform, including follow-ups.
Which agent the call was routed to and who actually picked up.
When it came in — which reveals the hours you are losing calls.
How long the conversation lasted, from connect to hang-up.
Answered, missed, rejected, busy, or rerouted to a backup.
Call recording
Recording is not surveillance of your staff. It is the only reliable answer to "the customer says we quoted a different price" — and the fastest way to train a new salesperson.
Hear how enquiries are being handled, not how they are reported in the weekly meeting.
Spot the recurring gaps — questions nobody answers well, objections nobody handles.
Real calls beat role-play. New staff learn from the conversations that actually closed.
When a customer and a salesperson remember different commitments, the recording settles it.
Recording a conversation without telling the people on it is not safe practice, and in many situations not lawful. The normal approach is an automatic announcement at the start of every call stating that it is being recorded, and telling your own employees clearly that their business calls are recorded and why.
We configure the announcement, retention period and access controls during setup. Confirming what applies to your business — including how long recordings may be kept and who may listen to them — remains your responsibility, and is worth a short conversation with your legal adviser before switching recording on.
Missed-call routing
This is the feature most businesses buy cloud telephony for. When the salesperson does not pick up, the call keeps travelling until somebody does.
Worth knowing: escalation is most valuable in the first week, when it shows you how many calls were previously ringing out unanswered. Several clients find that number is the reason they bought the system.
Call logs
Filter by agent, date, status or number. Open a row to hear the recording or read the transcript.

Demonstration data. Exact columns, filters and retention depend on the telephony provider selected.
By salesperson, date range, status or phone number — so finding one call takes seconds, not an afternoon.
Download as CSV for a weekly review, or push the numbers into a dashboard your managers already use.
Create or update the customer record automatically, with the recording and transcript attached to it.
Call transcription
Nobody has time to listen to forty recordings. Transcription turns each call into text you can skim, search and summarise — so a manager can review a week of calls in the time it used to take to hear three.
Spoken Tamil converted to English text for review.
For teams that report in English but sell in Hindi.
Common for businesses serving Kerala customers.
Where the reviewing manager prefers Tamil.
On accuracy: supported languages, translation directions and accuracy depend entirely on the telephony and speech-to-text provider chosen. Regional accents, background noise and poor line quality all reduce it. We test transcription on your own recorded calls and show you the results before you build a process around it.
Capabilities
Which of these you get depends on the provider and plan chosen — we scope that with you rather than assuming everything is switched on.
A virtual or landline number that belongs to the company, not an employee.
"Press 1 for sales" — or a simpler greeting that routes straight through.
Round-robin, by department, by working hours, or by who is free.
Escalation to a manager or MD before the caller gives up.
Stored, retrievable, with a consent announcement played first.
Speech to text, with translation where the provider supports it.
Searchable history by agent, date, number and status.
Volumes, answer rates, peak hours and per-agent activity.
Records created and updated automatically after the call.
Dial from the CRM or website, with the call logged like any other.
Missed-call notifications that trigger a same-day callback.
Pair it with an AI voice agent to answer overflow and after-hours calls.
Who it suits
If most of your enquiries arrive as calls and more than two people answer them, the case usually makes itself.
Three or more salespeople handling enquiries on their own mobiles, with no shared record.
Appointment calls that must not be missed, and a front desk that is often busy with a patient.
High-value enquiries where one missed call is a genuinely expensive loss.
Complaint calls that need logging, assigning and closing with evidence.
Admission-season volumes that overwhelm the office line for two months a year.
If you pay for calls, you should be able to see how many arrived and how many were answered.
The honest part
The dashboards on this page are demonstrations. A working setup needs a provider account and configuration — here is exactly what that involves.
An account with Exotel, Knowlarity, MyOperator, Twilio or similar. Subscription and per-minute charges are billed by them, separately from our work.
A virtual or landline number, plus your agents' mobiles mapped to it. Documentation is required for number provisioning in India.
Greeting, IVR if used, routing order, ring durations, working hours, escalation chain and the recording announcement.
How long recordings are kept, who can access them, and what your staff and customers are told.
Webhook or API into your CRM, sheet or dashboard so call data lands where your team already works.
Someone who reviews missed calls weekly. Without that, the data accumulates and nothing changes.
We select the provider with you, configure the call flows and routing, set up recording and its consent announcement, connect the data to your CRM or reporting, and train your team. We are not a telecom operator — the network, the numbers, call quality and per-minute pricing come from the provider, and feature availability differs between them. We will show you those differences before you commit, rather than after.
How we deploy it
Getting calls to route is the easy half. The value comes from what you do with the data afterwards.
Who receives enquiries today, on which numbers, and where they currently disappear.
Compared on features you will actually use, coverage and real per-minute cost.
Business number set up, agents mapped, documentation completed.
Greeting, routing, ring times, escalation chain and after-hours rules.
Consent announcement, retention period and who is allowed to listen.
Call data into your CRM or dashboard, with missed-call alerts wired up.
Real calls through every branch of the flow, then a short session with your team.
Missed calls, answer rates and peak hours — then adjust the routing accordingly.
Questions
What businesses ask before moving their calls onto a platform.
Cloud telephony runs your business phone system over the internet instead of physical exchange hardware. Calls to and from your business number pass through the provider's platform, which means every call can be routed by rules you set, logged against the person who handled it, recorded, and reported on — without installing a PBX in your office. Your team keeps using ordinary mobile phones.
Yes. Incoming and outgoing calls are logged against each salesperson with date, time, duration and answered or missed status. Because calls route through a business number rather than personal phones, the record survives even if an employee leaves, and you can see how many calls each person made and how long they lasted.
Missed-call routing forwards the call to a configured backup number — a manager, the MD, or a shared desk — so the enquiry reaches someone instead of ringing out. The missed attempt still appears in the call log against the original salesperson, and an alert can be sent by SMS or WhatsApp so somebody follows up the same day.
Yes, conversations can be recorded and stored for review, training and dispute resolution. Call recording must comply with the consent and privacy rules that apply where you operate, which normally means announcing at the start of the call that it is being recorded and telling your own staff that their calls are recorded. We configure that announcement during setup, but the legal responsibility for compliant recording rests with the business.
Conversations can be converted to text and, where the provider supports it, translated — for example Tamil, Hindi or Malayalam speech into English text, or English into Tamil. Accuracy varies significantly by language, accent, line quality and the speech provider selected, so we test transcription on your own recorded calls before you rely on it for anything important.
In most setups, no. Calls are routed through the platform to the mobile numbers your team already uses, so there is no new handset to buy and little for staff to learn. Some configurations use a mobile app or a softphone instead, and which approach suits you depends on the provider chosen and how your team works.
A telephony provider account such as Exotel, Knowlarity, MyOperator or Twilio; one or more business numbers or a virtual number; your agents mapped to those numbers; call flow and routing rules configured; a recording consent announcement; and optionally a webhook or API connection to pull call data into your CRM or dashboard. Provider subscription and per-minute charges are billed by the provider, separately from our setup and integration work.
Yes. Call events can create or update records in a CRM such as Zoho or HubSpot, attach the recording and transcript to the customer, and raise a follow-up task automatically. Where a direct integration does not exist, the same result can be achieved through a webhook or an automation tool such as Zapier or n8n.
